Fundraising dinner for new sports equipment
Friday 27th January 2012 from 6.30pm in the Refectory
It hardly seems possible that nine years have passed since the sports hall was opened by Will Greenwood! Since then the fitness suite, which enables all our sports teams to develop core strength and fitness in their chosen speciality has had a serious pounding and is now is in need of refurbishment. Identified as a major recipient for the Annual Fundraising programme 2011 - 2012 we propose to make this a jolly dinner to raise £10,000. A special display of sporting archives will be in the library. Final details will be announced shortly, but do come and make up tables, and support our sports teams and their future success through your generosity at this fundraising event.

Reception in the Long Room at Lords
Friday 9th March 2012 6.30pm
With the support of Vic Dodds we are delighted to be holding our 1212 Benefactors' reception at this most prestigious location. Benefactors will be invited by the Headmaster.
However, we believe that this will be a very interesting and popular venue and many more OEs, their partners and family would like to attend so we are throwing the party open and enabling everyone to attend, although we will be asking these people purchase tickets to help cover the costs of the refreshments.. All guests will be able to book an MCC guide for a tour of the facilities. Dress Code: Jacket and tie.
